Our Commitment to Diversity

35 years ago, New Endeavors By Women was founded on the belief that all women, regardless of age, race, color, national or ethnic origin, marital status, religious affiliation, sexual orientation, or physical abilities should have the opportunity to achieve greater self-sufficiency and independence. Today, diversity and inclusion remain vital to achieving our mission of ending the cycle of homelessness.

New Endeavors By Women strives to be a model of diversity and inclusion. Our Board of Directors, staff, and volunteers reflect the diverse community that we serve. We honor, respect, and value the uniqueness of each individual involved in our mission. We also believe that bringing diverse individuals together allows us to collectively and more effectively address the issues that face our communities.
